Sunset vinyasa improvisation

Structured breath – move – test – reset

As the sun was setting, I improvised through it as a progression more than a “flow”: opening the spine, loading the hips, then asking for balance and control under fatigue.

I timelapsed it for an Instagram story, without really wanting to post it: the flat isn’t finished, and I even used the front camera as the tripod is still boxed up somewhere. A few friends have asked for the transcript (see below), so here you have it for posterity.

Highlights:

  • Half moon / reversed half moon when things start to wobble
  • Skandasana variations, deep, earthy, and humbling (as always)
  • The wild thing flow through, where it either clicks or it really doesn’t

No perfection, just iterating through explorations.
